Colour Field by Sounbytes

ModeAudio has not slowed down. Instead they're putting even more pressure on the gas pedal to give us their latest soaring sound pack release called Colour Field – Piano Texture Samples. This exquisite 660 MB collection of floaty texture sounds includes 48 piano triad, 24 7th loops, 24 9th loops, 24 piano 11th loops and 24 piano 7th (add13) loops. There are also 13 piano bass notes thrown in for good measure. All in all, it comes with a total of 157 texture loops. 

With the piano as the only recorded sound source, believe it or not Colour Field is richly varied – sonically and in tonality. This is due to extreme attention to detail in the recording of the studio piano with the help of modern sound design tools to create layers and layers of elegant, emotive ambient sounds. These are great as background sounds or bed loops that will enhance the richness of your track. I do love a lot of these sounds, and as I’ve come to expect from ModeAudio, Colour Field does not disappoint.
