Planetarium by Beat

ModeAudio‘s Planetarium sample package, which is over 1GB in size, delivers a sonic excursion into cosmic heights. About half of the 150 sounds are divided into Loops and Samples. Among the loops are ambiences (39), basses (13), synth progressions (17) and textures (6). The rest are single samples, 36 of which are sound effects that sound like they come from distant galaxies. The ambiences have a very soothing, soulful, but also somewhat mystical character. The bass drones coming from the depths have a slightly threatening effect. Enchanting diffuse melodies were wrapped as progressions that let you dive into dream worlds. The textures are also good for scoring videogames, animations or TV movies.

Verdict

Planetarium is a perfect treasure trove for Ambient productions or Trailer soundtracks with atmospheric sounds. This collection should be in every post-production archive. More of it!
