Analog EngineSerum 2 Presets

Turn up the analog heat inside your software synth with our first ever set of vintage synth multisamples - introducing the authentically retro sound of Analog Engine - Serum 2 Presets!

Join us as we bring the sound of genuine hardware inside the box with this collection of 51 royalty-free Serum 2 presets, built from the ground up using 506MB of raw audio sampled directly from studio-grade analog synths.

We focused in on 3 of our favourite classic keyboards for this release - the Sequential Circuits Prophet Rev2, Moog Subsequent 37 and Korg MS-10 - meticulously sampling across the full keyboard range and converting to digital via a Universal Audio Apollo interface, ensuring a clean sound of the highest possible quality.

The pack has been constructed from no less than 27 sets of multisamples, with all the main waveforms - triangle, sawtooth, sine, you name it - present and correct within the library, as well as some more experimental sounds thrown in to spice things up.

From throbbing basses and lilting leads, to sharp synths, bubbling SFX and a plethora of lush, sweeping pads, you'll find that signature ModeAudio stamp planted in each preset, fusing the full sound-sculpting capabilities of Serum 2 with the vintage character of each synth to create a unique set of tools for your production pleasure.

All 8 macro controls, plus mod wheel and aftertouch assignments, are hooked up from the get go, allowing for endless tweaking and musical expression long into the small hours of your studio sessions.

A special thanks goes to the impressive Blast Recording studio based in Newcastle for providing the synths and assisting the sample recording session.
