We've been back in our vintage analog synth lab, experimenting with the temperamental circuitry of the EMS Synthi A to bring you this set of 251 Samples of crazily characterful percussive flavour. From powerful Kicks, cutting Snares and freaky Percussion to sizzling Hi Hats, seething Cymbals and all manner of clicks, bleeps, drips, blurps and glitches, this release packs a seriously heavy punch!

The Synthi A's status as an unforgettable classic becomes all the more apparent when you zoom in on the waveforms of the sounds included here - they're asymmetrical, unpredictable and utterly captivating! Even the weightiest Kicks have attacks that can cut clean through your mix, whilst the most frantic Crashes have the smooth finish that is the hallmark of analog hardware.
